Our client who operates with the railway infrastructure markets requires the services of a Project Manager with their Modular Accommodation business to be based between the Midlands and the London region.
Your responsibilities as Project Manager will be to oversee a high profile £2m contract of works. You will be focused on building design, planning, installation management and post contract dismantling/ sale of buildings.
The ideal Project Manager will have worked with modular buildings, and be expert in Project Management form both a design and construction perspective. Rail expertise is preferred but not essential.
Your reward for your skills on this 6 month contract is a competitive day rates of between £150- £180 Ltd company.
