Our Client is currently Consultant Company to the Ministry of Electricity and Water in Kuwait providing services of power system studies, planning, operation and protection. They are currently seeking an Operations Planning Expert engineer for the Kuwait Power System. Duties include to co-ordinate and accord approval to the scheduled annual maintenance programmes of the different elements of the power system and to plan short, medium and long term power generation and transmission resources, load forecasts etc. and to acquaint with the available real time, extended real time and off line software programmes in the National Control Center and District Control Centers.
