We’re working with a growing team in London seeking a data-driven reporting specialist to support project and business performance through high-quality dashboards and analytics.
What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Designing and developing interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
✔️ Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
✔️ Working with project controls, finance, and delivery teams to gather reporting requirements
✔️ Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting outputs
✔️ Supporting continuous improvement of reporting processes and visualisation standards
What we’re looking for:
🔹 Strong experience with Power BI (DAX, data modelling, visualisation)
🔹 Background in reporting, data analysis, or BI development
🔹 Experience working with large or complex datasets across projects or business functions
🔹 Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
🔹 Proactive mindset with attention to detail

Salary: £45,000 – £60,000
