Lead Planner / Senior Planner
Overview:
A major main contractor in Dublin is seeking Lead and Senior Planners for high‑profile hospital and civils projects. These roles require planners who understand the realities of live delivery and can produce robust, realistic programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed programmes for hospital and civils schemes
- Ensure programmes reflect methodology, constraints, and site realities
- Track progress, identify slippage, and support mitigation
- Provide regular updates and reports to project leadership
- Support risk, change, and forecasting
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience planning hospital, healthcare, or major civils projects
- Strong technical skills in P6 or Asta
- Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Freelancers with strong site knowledge may be considered
