What You’ll Be Doing...
- Leading the preparation, analysis, and defence of construction claims.
- Producing clear, compelling narratives that make clients say, “Ah, now I get it.”
- Applying recognised delay analysis methodologies without breaking into a sweat.
- Working with planners, project managers, and legal teams to piece together the full story.
- Reviewing project records, schedules, and correspondence with forensic precision.
- Presenting findings in a way that’s confident, credible, and occasionally heroic.
What You Bring...
- Significant experience in claims, delay analysis, or dispute resolution.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts (NEC, JCT, or similar).
- A planner’s brain, a detective’s curiosity, and a writer’s clarity.
- Ability to work independently while still being a great team collaborator.
- Comfort working from home, the office, or a mix of both.
