I hoped that somebody had the solution, but I was wrong. I have found nowhere in Tilos the way to copy the schedule of one project to make it the baselin of another one, as it is possible in Primavera or Asta Powerproject
When you baseline a project, my experience is that you can only select activities in the current project.

As I came to find out, there doesn't seem to be a way to do it the way I described.
My work around was to save the baseline in TILOS and progress the activities based on the other.
