Auto Link ???? (Multiple Activites to Same Successor)

As to import from Excel, you must create a DBF file with feilds of "ACT" as the first column where you list Activity IDs of all the activities to which you wish to add the common successor to. In the second column you must have "SUC" as the field data where you will fill the common completion Activity ID. In addition you must have Fields of "LAG" which must be ’0’ and ’REL’ which must be ’FS’ for all the activities.

I Persume You Want To Link A Group Of Activities To One Activity Or Milestone As Predecessers And You Dont Know Linking Data With Excel

Try This



First Link Manualy to One Predecessor

Open The Activity Form

Open Successor Form

Select The Linked Activity ( From Group Of Activities )

You Will See In the Form the ID of Successor

Now Copy That Actvity ID



Select another Activiity

Paste Acivity ID in The Succsessor Form

Click Another Activity

Go On

I think you can export the activities with successor information, then try to do the changes in Excel and import back to P3
