EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT 

• An Experience Profile to show ~ 8 years of work relevant the the Credential (i.e. about 16,000 hours) with a minimum of ~2 years (4,000 hours) in a supervisory or managerial position. 
• Project Controls (as opposed to Planning or Cost or Claims) applicants will need to demonstrate an appropriate spread of work experience across all Tracks.
• A relevant PhD will reduce this by 6,000 hours, Masters by 3,000 hours, 4 year Degree by 2,000 hours, or 2 year Degree by 1,000 hours.

CERTIFICATION METHODOLOGY

The submittal and acceptance of the following deliverables: 

• 1 x Experience Profile
• 5 x Library Articles (view current library and submission instructions)
• 6 x 360 Degree References - 2 x Peer, 2 x Supervisor and 2 x Client  (download MS Word template)
• The preparation for and passing of a computer based exam, consisting of case study questions, requiring short and long essay type answers relating to the Compendium Modules shown below.  The exam portion is designed to validate & assess your ability as a SUPERVISOR or MANAGER and MENTOR while ANALYZING, EVALUATING the work of others and CREATING new processes, procedures, tools technique’s or methodologies by applying critical thinking and innovation.
• To participate in a video teleconference or face to face interview by 2 trained Guild Assessors
• The review and (independent acceptance) of the above by the Guild Certification Board
