We have encountetred the following problem where I am looking at a particular record in my schedule, my colleague logs into the same schedule and looks at the same record and they see a different duration and remaining duration ( in fact their duration is actually the duration that I see but divided by 3. We do show the same start and finish dates though). WE are looking at the same record, we have hit the refresh button but nothing changes.
We have tried a couple of different ideas including my colleague physically changing the duration and remaining durations to match the values shown in the record that I am looking at ( ie. 20 days duration). When this has been done I hit the F5 refresh button and my durations change to 60 (3 times my colleagues) when I reduce them again to 20 and my colleague refreshes their screen the durations are reset to 7 ( 1/3 of my durations).
WE have checked calendars all kind of good stuff, but as we are working in the same database, with the same record then everything should be the same.
I think we have a serious system / installation problem but before I call out the cavalry I thought I would ask if anyone has encountered this problem and how did they overcome / resolve it
