I am currently working on a mass haul programme and was wondering if there was another way to mirror an activity as a level of effort. Currently I have my cut activity linking into a cut completion milestone. And the subsequent fill activity ss à cut activity à ff with Cut completed Milestone. I want to reduce the time spent creating milestones to link the fill LOE to. Essentially I want an activity to mirror another activity in a different WBS with minimal, if any maintenance. To give you an example I have Cut from Area 1A going to Fill in Area 2B and I want to see a task dependant Cut activity in Area 1A and a corresponding LOE activity in 2B. Any help would be much appreciated.
