HI all,

Is there any update on this post but on P6 version 18.8 or higher?

Can we imbed a code similar to VBA macro in excel, into XER file which after a period of time, the XER file will expire? meaning it will self destruct and can not be used any more by anyone even if it was already imported in thier PC's?

Thanks.

Thanks guys, Paul i have issued to the client using headers and footers etc shame that there doesn't seem to be anyway of professionally watermarking a draft programme.

Thanks again!

You can not do this in the software except in the headers and footers etc.

In the printer functions are the best way.
