I set the project calender to 12 Hrs/ Day 7 Day/weeks and also the admin user pereference to 12 Hrs / day and check all user to specify the number of hous for each time period .
my problem is when I try to make - 6 hours lag for an activity it give me wronge start date for it
for example the activty by default start at 21 spep. 2PM and after assign -6 Hrs alg it start at 19 sep 10 AM ?
Set the New Created calendar as your default calendar.

I assign lag because i want to start the successor activty late by 6 hrs before other activity finsh and sure it FS also the project calender is 12 hrs / day 7days / week and not link to globe calender , so why this happens

Why are you applying peculiar lags anyway?
The correct linkage should be Finish Start between all tasks and that will solve your problems.
21st September 2012 is a Friday so maybe you are linking back across an Islamic weekend.
