Jsame,

That's part of G & A cost. If it is priced separately from the BOQ then it should be loaded into the General Requirements Activities.

Usually the cost of it is deemed with the Item unit prices as %age. Therefore you can extract a certain %age from all activities Cost and load it to General Requirements Activities.

Hope this will help.

Thank You again Mr. Raymund,

Its activityshould be loaded with labor by trade, carpenter, steel fixer, mason, helper etc... which will generate labor cost     + material cost + non-labor cost and activity expenses.

How about for submittals, approval and procurement is there alsoany cost???

Thanx...

Jsame,

Total Project Cost is the roll up summary from the Lower Levels (Summary Level) down to lowest level (Activity Level).

Your Question is how is the Total Cost Properly Distributed to all Activities?

I think that to achieve a Correct Total Cost, the cost shall be properly loaded to every Activity.

Hope this will help.
