Please could someone help me .
I have set the calender to be 24h ,However if i have a duration of 1 day on the schedule it shows as finishing the following day . E.G if Activity A Duration =1 day , starts 1st April ,the finish date is shown as 2nd April.I understand that if i use the hour as the unit of measurement then i have to physicall y cahnge the finish time to 11.59.then it give me the result ,.is ther a way i can set the calender so that i do not have to do this physically always .Thanks in advance for your Help

We get this question every other week. The short answer is that P6 does not provide you with the option of determining the ‘unit of measurement’, ony the unit of display. All durations in P6 are calculated down to the minute. You only have the ability to put blinders on the date information andy only display the desired units (in this case, ‘days.’)
Why not review a paper that I co-presented on “Understanding P6 Dates” on my website at http://www.ronwinterconsulting.com/published.htm? Perhaps this will help you understand the issue better.
The bottom line is, I recommend that all P6 users display hours as well as dates when using P6. It is the only way you will ever have an accurate schedule. Good luck!
may be you can try that,,,
in the Calender MODIFY window there is a section of WORK HOURS/DAY ,, at there you can change the workings hours per day,,,
