Updating in progress activities in Primavera Contractor.
is there an easy way to update in progress activities without having to trial and error a % complete. I just want to progress the works as planned.
I know there is the update progress option but this then schedules the whole thing when you do it, I just want to record as-built up to data date before scheduling, similar to how activities are progressed without scheduling when you tick finished box.

Hi Tony,
There is a way, provided all activities are on schedule. You can drag the data date to your new cut-off date and this will highlight (yellow) all activities scheduled within that period and then choose update progress and this will update all highlighted activities as per plan.
