Before F9 you can turn on Logic override What is happening when this is turned on. How can I fix the issues that this creates

Regardless of whether retained logic or progress overide is used, the solution to fixing the issues is the same -make sure you correct any out-of-sequence logic in your programme.

"When you choose Retained Logic, Primavera does not schedule the remaining duration of a progressed activity until all of its predecessors are complete. When you choose Progress Override, P3 ignores network logic and allows the activity to progress without delay.
Calculate Start To Start Lag From: When a start to start relationship exists and the predecessor starts out of sequence, P3 delays the successor activity until the lag expires and all predecessor relationships have been satisfied. "
To "fix the issues, it can create", schedule your project again at the same data date with the Retained Logic option turned on
