I have project with 4000 activities amount 72M and my PM he just found out we will bill our subcontractor according the values and percentage we have in our P6 schedule, which is not equivalent with what they done for every month for example foundation I have it 14k but they cost 1.5M, when I loaded the SOV we were care just to show the total value of the CLIN same in our contract we were don’t care about the activities values I mean we were distribute the value randomly to get same CLIN total value. So, my PM he asked me now to redistribute all the cost value for the all activities again and change the Consequences of some activities am talking about 4000 activities so, what is the best way to do that without effect on the relations and TF in case I will delete some activities how that not will effect on the relations which not reflect -ve on my TF?

Hi Hani,
First of all, back-up your file by exporting it. Next, the relationship should not be affected if you are deleting or removing resources only. Actually, you do not even need to delete or remove the resource, you just need to change the value.
