I am trying to resource/cost load a project.
I have 5 activities in various WBS that have 1 total cost. So I was told to use a level of effort and load the cost and resource onto the level of effort. This is exactly what I did. However, when I look at the loading curve of the LOE it loads the whole cost within the first month of the 6 month activity.
Does anyone know why this happens or how this can be fixed?

Suggest to use WBS summary task and take the tab expensen and use uniform spread over te wbs summary. Assume yoy use P6
