I’m planning for a manufacturing company which manufactures Steel Structures. Here is description of what I should plan:
Column: 200 ton
Stairs: 400 ton
Handrail: 500 ton
I defined the amount of ton as the budgeted Units of resource for the above activities. Should I define duration type as “Fixed Units” ? and set the calendar to resource calendar? I mean resource dependent activities?
