How can I show the late baseline bar on the layout?

Can I show the late baseline bar on the layout?

Copy the baseline you want the dates from (P6 v7 lets you do this in place)

Restore the baseline to the live EPS

Open the project you just restored

Run a global change to set :

Planned start = Late Start

Planned Finish = Late Finish

Demote the project to being a baseline again

Use that baseline - set it as secondary or tertiary - and as with ALL BASELINES it uses the planned dates to draw a bar.

you can try to create UDF for late bar using excel import/export copied from your baseline late dates

Ayman,

I am afraid there is no early and late baseline bars in P6 as there was in P3; as far as I know, P6 only manages early bars when you maintain and assign baselines
