To all PP master,
I am QS in my present work and also assigned to do scheduling work,I am updating a master programme that originally created by others(Korean guy),the programme is cost loaded (budgeted cost base on BOQ), when I am trying to find out how he inputed the cost in each activity,I found out it's based on nonlabor unit( resourses),when I open 1 particular activity,under activity detail-->Summarys tab,it has value/data in nonlabor unit,then when I change the unit value under "resourses tab",the cost also changing, so I am pretty much sure that his calculation on inputing cost in each activity is based on nonlabor unit.
I just want to know how he did it.(the guy who created the MP is no longer connected in the company)..can anyone help me on how to designate or calculate a nonlabor unit on each activity or how to calculate the entire nonlabor unit of one particular project assuming there is a Budgeted Cost or BOQ.,thanks a lot...
