what Shahul said is a very good option. Open all Projects, Change to the WBS-view and shift single branches to the required project (Right mouseclick on the very left side of the text-line)
Another way is cut and paste instead of copy and paste (Ctrl-x, Ctrl-v), links will remain, activities or WBS-Branches are shiftet to the right project
Consider using Project Portfolios, the details are software specific and I use other software but this shall be the way to go.

In P6.7 you have an option to move WBS between projects which helps to fix your issue

If I were doing this in Asta PowerProject I would set up the first two projects and add the inter project links - I assume these are standard for each project.
I would then copy these two to make four projects and again set up the inter project links tp make a block of four.
By copying and pasting these blocks from four to eight to sixteen etc it will not be long before the whole set is linked up.
