Hi:
Could some explain to me integration of two projects. For example, how is a sub-contractor's schedule integrated to contractor's schedule at the activities level. Please also mention all the steps to be followed with necessary details.

Here's how I would do it (assuming that both schedules are already in the same enterprise system):
Create milestones for each of the subcontractor's contractual deliverables in the contractor's schedule.
Verify that the contractor's schedule reflects work performed to date and that there are no constrained activities in the schedule logic; request corrections as necessary.
Identify the fragnet(s) in the subcontractor's schedule that corresponds to the deliverable milestones in the contractor's schedule.
Create FS relationships from the deliverable activity in the sub's schedule to the milestone activity in the contractor's schedule.
Calculate and you should have a solid logic-driven schedule. The two schedules can remain as separate projects as long as they are in the same database.
