Dear Friends,
When I received the .xer file from my subcon, some of the 'non-labour' resources as assigned as 'material'. When we tried to change this, the program doesn't allow to change cautioning that this may affect other project which the resources are assigned with. We have many copy of the same projects imported in primavera for updating other scopes by other subcontractors.
Question: How to allocate one particular resource to a particular project exclussively from resource pool? OR is there any other solution to this problem?
