Afternoon
I'm new to the forum and new to the planning game in general.
I've been on the P102 Course - so I know the basics on using P6. I know how to set up projects and about relationships etc.
Trouble is, I've got to know about baselining and updating programmes. This was not covered on the 'basics' course I went on. Can anybody recommend any P6 guides or resources online that can take me through updating progress with regards to a baseline?
In addition, I've got to update the budgeted expense fields in my updates. Is this very hard?
Any help would be massively appreciated
