Something seems wring in the remaining Units field does any body have anyideas ?
Budgeted Labour Units 538Hrs
Physical % Complete is 38 %
Unit % Complete is 38 %
Actual Units = 269 (Automatic update)
At Completion Labour Units is 707.9 Hrs (Automatic update)
Remaining Labour Units is 438.9

Link Budget and At Completion for not Started activities
Reset Remaining Duration and Units to Original
Subtract Actual from at Completions
When I change At Completion labour Units to 538 it recalculate Units % Complete to 50 % and Change Remaining Labour Units to 269
The answer I want is the following
Budget = 538 Hrs
% Complete is 38 %
Earned value is 204
Remaining Hours is 333
How do I get P6V7 to do this ?
I believe, when Physical PCT is used, both % and remaining durations must me updated. Based on remining duration and units per day, Remining Hours are calculated. Also the earned value calculation method should ve visited, under, wbs screen, earned value tab. Make sure the Performance measure type is set to activity pct.
