Activity calendar can be shown in the columns in the activity layout.
go to columns ----general--calendar.
then insert this in the columns and then you can change it activity wise
you can also change the activity calendar in the activity detail tab which you can select in the bottom layout.
in that select the general tab there will see the calendar assignment where you can also change as per your choice.
B) there is no option to change the color of a specific activity in primavera.
but you can do a workaorund with the windows settings and get it done.

In PowerProject the method is to drag and drop from the options list in the left hand panel.
