Hi Planners,
I have an activity (let’s say its activity ‘A’) within my P6 plan that will take 6 hours to complete and has a fixed start date and time. In carrying out this task, no other activity can be progressed. I need to make this visible in the P6 plan by setting the work hours for activity ‘A’ on the day as ‘Nonwork ‘. Alternatively, I could set the whole day, but that will portray a false impact on the schedule duration.
Who has got an idea? Thanks
