This is relating to the Budgeted Cost (BC). When I scheduled for the first time after entering the labour and price for the activities the BC for only some of the activities were displayed, that too at sometimes only for 1 or 2 resources if I had 4 - 5 resources assigned to that acivity. After some readings and research I inserted the Cost Unit Linked in the Activity Layout ticked for each of the resource for the activity then the BCs were displayed.
Why is this so? Isnt there any default wherein the BCs are displayed without doing this manual procedure?
Any responses to help in this matter will be appreciated by the planners.

if its the COST UNITS LINKED
you can use global change to replace it to YES or NO (whichever you want)
