Cost Revenue Management in P6v7.0

I have a project created in P6 which contains budget and cost data.  I would like to monitor 3 items:

Actual Cost

Budget

Revenue

I would like to display these as three 'S' curves in one graph, preferably without exporting to another software package - is this possible?

Hi,

Can you please provide the following clarifications on your question above :

Lets assume we are talking about an activity called "Excavation".

1) By "Budget" you mean,  the budget of your company for "Excavation"?

2)By "Revenue" you mean, the Payment that you are gonna get from your Client?

And we are assuming that both "Budget" and "Revenue" have fixed values. The Actual Cost is gonna change based on the expenses incurred at site.

We can try and get calculated fields for these values along with profit, but getting a curve out is difficult cause Primavera does not plot curve for custom fields.

Regards

Amit
