i have finished recording progress for the project.
all the activities are now 100% complete
but due to some updation problem i still have the difference between the actual labour units and budgeted units.
all the activities are resource loaded.
and progress monitoring is done in units % complete.
so now i want to show the schedule variance labour units(budgetedunits-actaul units)as zero for all the activities.
i wanted to change this using the global change instead of going to each activity and updating.
so can anybody please tell me the global change criteria for doing this.
