Resource Leveling – Units
I am facing a problem in Primavera 6.7, in resource usage profile. I create a resource called steel and gave its unit as tones. But when I click for resource usage profile , I am getting units in “days” , can u suggest any solution……

Thanks Mr. Kamesh. But why it is displaying so. Do you have any idea? It should not display material units like that, right?. And in version 2, it is fine. Why they have changed it in version 7. Any reason?
Naveen you are absolutely right . it is displaying the hours only as units but that what ever units we are taken that is the same unit . like for example steel if you taken as tons it is tons only not hours and this is for only material case only all other resreces is in hours naturally .

Yes....Version 7 is displaying the resource units (Nos) as hours or days. I have tried to find out the reason and checked all the possible options, but no clue. I have also checked this issue with version 2 and It is displaying the resource units as plain numbers. I believe, version 7 is displaying the resource units as time units but it is actually intend to display the resourcel units such as Tonnes. For example it is displaying 150 hrs but it actually represents 150 tonnes. Please correct me If I am wrong n If any one come up with a solution, please help us.
