Hai to all,

           1) If interviewer asks " what is S-Curve? "          

               What should be our answer.

               I answered as weekly or monthly cash flow and he replies "it is cashflow !".

 

           2) What is cum activity?

S-curve shwo the cumulative vs time figure.it can present % completion ,key quantities,resources etc..

Hi to all,

 

I am working on some claim based on P6, s-curve must be shown in P6 through budgeted unit resource where the Base-0 and 2nd base (Base-1) curves shall be shown in one graph (in the current/updated graph). This means that this graph will contain 2 base and a current program.  This exercise is not working on P6.

 

Can we do this in P6? If not, aside from excel, and P3, how/where can we solve this?

Hi Vijay

For my novice students i have made a video tutorial explaning in a very basic way the application of resourses in a Suretrak schedule. This tutorial shows not only the resourses but also the making of a histogram and a s curve.
