It’s so simple, if Add actual to remaining is tick then what ever the remaining is, actual will be added to remaining and at completion will be more than budget.
Formula: Budget = At completion = Remaining (i.e. 10 = 10 =1 0 no progress)
Actual + Remaining = At completion (i.e. 5 + 10 = 15 with Progress)
If Subtract Actual from At Completion is selected then if Budget = At Completion = Remaining at no progress then when progress, At Completion – Actual = Remaining (i.e. 10 – 5 = 5) therefore At Completion = Budget
