It will not replace or update the existing link so below is the steps that you need to do.
1) Export the Activity Relationship to spreadsheet (xls).
2) On the last column of the spreadsheet stating delete this row enter letter D on all existing relationship.
3) At the last row add your new relationship data.
That should do the trick.
Note: If your data is on the other export file. Import first the exported file with the D on the delete column to delete the existing relationship then use the other exported file and do the import.
You really make my day, will give a shot. yeah sure Ive same activity id and just wanna to confirm it would replace the existing links right? no double links?

Yes its possible as long as you have same activity id. I have done that before and it works using export/import spreadsheet (xls)-> Activity Relationship.
