Hi Salman,

I guess you changed your remaining duration or perhaps the finish date.

This will happen if your remaining duration is greater than original duration. Try to check this and let us know.

Regards,

Arnold

Ahmed,

I presume that the task setup for update is % Duration

what is your new data date when you strike F9 key?

the new data date should be ahead of the latest actual start date;

i.e. task A actual start is march 1st and schedule finish date march 15th; % complete is 50%

New data date when scheduling should be later than march 8th

I have done the following:

check marked the actual start, assigned the %, updated the actual units, then F9. The result after schedule goes back to zero%, actual units too becomes zero.
