I used the first option.I changed the relationship and submitted the report.
My Client is not allowing to schedule with the second option.
Is there any other way other than adjusting the out of sequence activities.(but not using project override).

Most likely Activity A23R1SA01 has a predecessor which is not yet complete, ie you have out of sequence working.
2 options:
1) Correct the logic to show the true sequence (best practise)
2) Go to tools, schedule, schedule options, and select "progress overide" instead of "retained logic" (easiest)
