Thanks Muhammad,

I need to replicate last years outage schedule exactly for this year, then make some modifications from lessons learnt.

I'll have a little mess about with global change, as I need to use the actual durations recorded from last year as the new original durations for this year.

Regards

Dave

Salar,

In order to deprogress a project four things you need to do

1 - Pull the data date to start of the project

2- Set the Actual labour and nonlabour units to 0 by fill down method ( display columns, set first to zero and use fill down for the rest)

3- Set status of activities from progress or completed to ’Not started’ by global change

4- Set Remaining duration ’RD’ to Origianal duration by Global change

Then you almost done

For 3 - Global change

if All of the following

where Activity status is not equal Not started

Then

Activity status = Not started

and hit the change button

For 4 - Global change

Then Remaining Duration = Original Duration

and hit the change button.

Hope this will help
