I might post a couple of questions over the next couple of weeks so please bear with me. I started my first big P6 schedule. It is for a big diamond plant. Coming from the MSP back ground I am still in that "transfer" stage.
You can do it two ways by Global change and copy and Fill down. The last one is more easy of your operation is for small number of activities.
Display the calendar column then change the last activitys calendar as normaly you would do and then select the Group of activities for which you want to change the calendar including the last activity(for which you have changed the calendar) and then Edit - Fill Down
The calendar is changed.
For Global change.
Display the appropriate activities through Filter and apply the change by "All of the Following" Then "Calender" = The name of calendar and hit OK
