Anand,
After adding the project to the Master Programme, you have to do the linkage/activity relationships manually, then run.
The next import action shall be "Update Existing Project", then run to check the changes on the sub-project and Master Programme.

you have got what i mean. but still one mor step i need to know.
1) i just import that to the Master plan where WBS levels are defined.
2) Once i import them how do i do the interface / link them correspondingly to have over all comparision or final result.

Hi Anand,
If I understood your question correctly, you need to create first a project as your Master Plan. In order to build the Master Plan try to gather those data from the Contractor and import all of these. During the import "Import Action" select "Add Into Existing Project".
