Hi D,
There is a workaround. If you want to group your activities by individual resource and you need to show the gantt chart or bars in the activities window then try the following;
1. Create an Activity Code and rename the same Activity Code Description with the Resources Name. When done...
2. Filter all the activities assigned by each resource and assign the newly created activity code using the "Fill Down" or "Assign Activity Codes" located at the right corner of your monitor.
3. When done, go to "Group and Sort" and group by the activity code assigned to it.

The only thing is it doesnt show the bars. Is it possible to do it so.

1. "Resource Assignments".
2. "Resource Usage Spreadsheet"
