Thanks for your reply.
I guess I figured out what should I do.
Because I always want to know how late my activities should start to make the project complete in certain day. I only need to refer to the late start/finish instead of early start/finish.
It is easy to find the late bar in P3, I have to add a lat bar in P6. That is it.

Dear Bridget,
You need to creat the activity list first, then you need to load the resources. If you want to start linking them backwards, that can be. Of course your activities must be all linked together.
Once you created the schedule, if you are ahead of time, then you will have extra float, but if you are delayed then your activities will become critical.
