Another option is to multiple select (Ctrl), right click mouse and assign new code.
I dont know why you cannot drag and drop. As long as your activities are organised by a specific code type, you should be able to do this. After selecting the activities move the mouse pointer to the far left of one of the selected activities in the activity table, and when you see a small page icon you can then drag that activity, which also takes other selected activities.
2 colleagues and I checked using P3e/c 3.5.1 and we all had no problems.
You cant use drag & drop in P3e/c - 3.5.1

Another way is to use drag & drop. Select the activities you wish to assign a new code value, then drag those activities and drop them into the area you want them to go.

Thats the right way to do it !
Otherwise youll end up scrolling up & down the screen all day - adding to the frustration of using P3e !
