Hi. Is it a good practice to create a separate WBS for each subcontracted work?

I would say for submittal development and procurement yes but not for actual installation the activity should fall within the Building, level, and area or however you have it broken down. I would recommend an activity code called responsibility and assign that code to that particular subcontractor.
Organizing WBS by subcontractors is not always a good idea as it will keep apart related activities done by others. There are many ways to organize same schedule WBS, all making sense, depending on desired view you might organize by subcontractors as well as by contractors if a portfolio at other times you want/need to keep related work grouped together. This is one of the many reasons why creating multiple WBS structures make sense.
Consider using activity codes as a way to get different views of your schedule, not as powerful as WBS but might be your only option if your software is limited to a single WBS. Do not underestimate the value of activity codes, they are good for filtering, good for sorting and grouping, they can provide much clarity.
