Hi All, I am doing some research for a MSc in Construction Project Management, looking for some feedback from construction planners in industry.
The aims of the research is to investigate the practical application of Planning and Scheduling in the construction industry. Looking at areas such as tools, processes, software, risk analysis and scenario / contingency planning to determine what helps or hinders planning within the construction industry.
Most of the questions are multiple choice to make it quicker, all responses are confidential.
