Gents, I need your help.
I noticed that some of the activities in my schedule displays baseline dates that are not corresponding to their dates in the baseline schedule.
Not all the activities, just some few.
How you I solve this issue?

NO if you have not maintained or assigned a baseline then how in the world can you expect information from that schedule ?

Have checked. the early stat and early finish both align with the start and finish dates respectively

haven't maintained/ asigned BL yet.
But then since I haven't, the current schedule start & finsh dates should display as the baseline start/ finish dates as well. But some activities (not all) are displaying dates displaying BL dates different from the schedule date.
Am using BL Project Start & BL Project Finish to display the information
have you sleected maintain baseline ?
have you selected assign basline ?
what columns are you using to display the baseline dates ?
what is your earned value calculation set to ?
