Delay Analysis

Correct me If I am Wrong.

The Contractor has to raise their time claims from time to time..

The Contractor doesn't have the right to come up with a delay event which happened in the initial stage of the project which was superseded by two revisions.

this depends on the contract language and scheduling specififcations and if he has reserved his right

That depends if where the delay event would be validly attributable to. If the impact of such event is not raised by the contractor "after two revisions or updates??" Then it simply means that the contractor is not smart enough or never did his/her homework. In other words, the contractor should never forget that construction contracting is a very risky business. If the contractor's Planning is poor in the first place, then always expect for failure, if not bankruptcy.
