If the piping material is provided by the client and contractror have to fabricate it and then erection what kind of wbs will be in this conditions means sample or federal wbs for piping?
wbs would be how you want to break your piping down into smaller pieces like
You could have
General and in that wbst mobilization
Submittals?Approvals list your submittals and approvals here
Procurement list the items that you are procuring
Then you can break you work down as per this devel of detail
Building
........Level
............Area
...............Zone
..................And any other level to here the actual piping is being installed maybe by system or large bore vs small bore

10. issue for review
11. incorporate comments from review
12. Issue final version
