For an ongoing project, with duration completion of 4month, the Lead Consultant (A) was suddenly changed to another Consultancy (B). Now, the issues is during those 3 months, whatsoever the Engineering Submittals i.e. Prequalifications / Materials/Shop Drawings... approved by Consultant (A) is being resubmitted to Consultant (B) and new approval dates are being received.
Kindly advise, how to status the exisiting Completed activiites as well as In Progress activities, especially Engineering.

This can be done by adding a new heading showing impact activities
The first activity to be the factor causing the impact
The next activitiees will be additional impact to be advise and show result factor causing delay
