Hi guys,
I am facing a problem that only for specfic activities i am not able to update any Unit % complete or remaining duration in the status bar.
And also it is showing the critical path in the primavera P6.
The schedule has negative float while submitting to client and it is approved.
Can any one guide how can i resolve the problem ????

1. Did you look at the TYPE of activity ?
Level of efforts or summary wbs typs of activities are based on the underlaying activities.
2. I would hope that it is showing the critical path in p6 that is what the program is all about hence the name critical ptha method CPM
3. Why does the schedule have negative float either becasue you are behind schedule or you have not progressed your schedule correctly.
4. I do not undrstand the title of the post
unit % complete not able to update in Status bar
you mentioned nothing about units
have you checked your calculations settings ?
when updating actual units or cost
subtract actual for at completion
also recalculate actual units and cost when duration % complete changes
and Link actual and actaul this period units and cost
